As Cosplay Fantasy Campout weekend returns for it’s second year we welcome back our vendors and artists. The setup will be the same as last year as well as the price. The only difference is this year there will be no jury for the booths. Simply CLICK HERE and register.

Each vendor booth includes:

  • 10’x10′ space
  • 2 General Admission tickets to the event
  • Camping space for 2 people.
  • Access to all events

Before registering please remember; The Event is outdoors, You will need to provide your own tables, chairs, canopy, etc. The booth purchase is for what is listed above. We will not have any items to rent or borrow at the event. If you need to rent tables, chairs, etc please let the event coordinator know at least 1 month in advance so you can be connected with our preferred rental companies. There are 30 spaces available again this year. Power, as always, is at a premium and is on a first request, first get basis. If you need power please let us know before registering to make sure there are power adjacent spaces still available. If you are bringing a large RV, etc and will need that for your booth please email us at vendors@cosplayfantasycampout.com so we can assess the best place to put you. If your vehicle is beyond 10′ in length you will have to purchase additional spaces for the length of your vehicle.
