Reserving Vendor Space:

Vendors Spaces are available to be purchased. We recommend your products be anime, sci-fi, comic, fantasy, nerd and horror themed. Vendor selection is juried and the event reserves the right to choose what products are appropriate to be sold at the event as well as what vendors are chosen. Vendors must apply and be approved. If a vendor purchases a space without applying and being approved the purchase will be refunded. Once approved, a payment link will be sent.

Each Vendor space is 10’x10′ and contains space behind in order to camp at. Vendor hours are determined by the individual vendor however all vendors are asked to be open the following hours as minimum. Vendors are encouraged to vend beyond these hours as well.

Friday: – 4pm – 11pm
Saturday: 12pm – 10pm
Sunday: 12pm – 4pm

Setup time is from 8am – 4pm on Friday August 11, 2017. All vendors should be ready to start transactions by 4pm and all vendor vehicles need to be safely parked by 3pm.

Tear down starts at 4pm on Sunday August 13, 2017. All vendors are asked to not begin tearing down their displays/setup until that time.

10’x10′ Vendor space including admission for two for the weekend standard camping ($130 value). Vendor must provide own tent, tables and chairs. If vendor needs larger space or RV space please contact event organizer for arrangements. Vendors are not permitted to sell food items, this includes bottled beverages and pre-packaged foods. Electric hook-ups are available for $50. Please make sure electric hook-up is also ordered. Electric is limited and adding electric later may result in electric not being available. If using electric vendor must bring a minimum 50 foot OUTDOOR extension cord.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • 100% by June 15
  • 50% by July 15
  • 0% after July 16

Funds can not be transferred to other events.
